This should be fairly easy and to me everything seems 100%. There must be something I'm missing.

Treehouse TeacherHi David Dehghani! Would it be comforting to know that your code for your button is just fine? But there is a problem. Somehow, you forgot to close the <select>
tag with </select>
. This causes an error meaning that the form cannot be closed properly.
So above the line with your button you need:
</select>
