Sublime text packages don't work, why?

I can't see sublime text packages, why?

I need to install Sass highlights. And possibly change to some theme.

how did you download your Sublime Text packages? are they not in your package settings? Did you apply changes to user or default?

I don't know, I just downoladed this https://sublimetext.com/2

I didn't see them in my settings.

I just downoladed this, and went straight to look for packages.

On my mac when i did this was all fine. On windows 10 i got more problems than i had in my entire life xd

in the text editor you need to open the package manager, then search for the package you want. If you downloaded the mac version and your trying to use it on windows it's not going to work. What OS are you using? Windows, or mac? I would stick with one OS and go from there.

What I mean is that I can't search for a package, there is no option for it. I can get into searching stuff, but when i write install package, or package or whatever, it just doesn't show an option to do so, which it should.

On my mac, when i did this, it was all fine.

Now I'm on windows machine, windows 10, and it's a nightmare : p
