Treehouse Project ReviewerThe styles.css provided in the challenge is just a blank css file, with no code already inside of it. So by typing the following into the blank field you will be "selecting" the element and applying the code inside the curly braces to that element, in this case the h1 element in the html file.
h1 {
color: purple;
}

Treehouse Project ReviewerYou could select the h1 tag within styles.css and change the color property which affects text color by simply putting:
h1 {
color: blue; /* Change h1 text to blue for example */
}
Note that any hex color code, rbg color value or color keyword can be used here as a value.
