C# C# Streams and Data Processing Parsing Data Working with Floating-Point Types

stuck on this again dont know whats wrong help much appreciated.

Did you forget to assign PrecipitationChance?

The method should have only one "return" statement, at the very end.

The first of the additional "returns" is causing the method to end before it has a chance to parse all the values.
