Hi Simon.

It goes like this:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Forms</title>
  </head>
  <body>

    <form action="index.html" method="post">
      <label for="name">"Name:"</label>
      <input type="text" id="name" name="user_name">
      <textarea id="comment" name="user_comment"></textarea>
      <button type="submit">Submit Comment</button>
    </form>

  </body>
</html>

"label for="name" -> means that the label will be pinned onto a HTML element the "name" property .

One issue with your HTML is that you use Name:=. Even if the Name was proper there, it is case sensitive and would need to be lower case. Also, the : is not proper inside the < label > tag. See Nejc's answer for the proper label.
