Struggling with calling the class methods in the objective task

I don't know where I am going wrong here. I think the syntax is probably wrong but can't be sure. I tried to mess around with the formula in a workplace but am struggling to test it.

first_class.py
class Student:
    name = "Your Name"

    def praise(self):
        return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)

    def reassurance(self):
        return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)

    def feedback(self, grade):
        if self.grade > 50:
            return Student.praise()
        elif self.grade <= 50:
            return Student.reassurance()
        else:

I see 3 issues:

  • instead of "Student", refer to the instance using "self"
  • but do not use the "self." prefix on parameter names (like "grade").
  • and you don't need the empty final "else:"

Thanks so much, that solved it. Appreciate the help.
