Struggling to center the <h2> element on the page.

I followed the video and made sure I saved both HTML and CSS file, but I am still unable to center the h2 "background" element here. Can someone take a look at my workspace and see where I might be making a mistake?

Those little brackets are a killer at times. I'm new to this and it can get overwhelming at times, but we got this!

Same this is my first week learning from treehouse its challenging but in a good way. I am quickly learning a small letter/character can really mess up a website. You are right we got this!

I figured out what happened. The tag above this one didn't have the closing "}" bracket.
