STRINGS Please help as I've been stuck on this for a long time !!!!

You need to define the name variable first, so switch the order of the lines.

And then when you pass it to the "format" function, don't put quotes around it. Quotes make it into a string literal, which represents the word itself instead of what was assigned to the variable.
