string concatenation:

string concatenation: name = "James" subject = 'Treehouse loves' print = (name+subject)

print does not have the equals '=' operator, and the challenge is not asking you to print to screen anyway.

It is asking for a new string called subject, that goes like 'Treehouse loves name'

name = 'fred'
subject = 'Treehouse loves ' + name

ah okay, thank you so much.

Nope! that didn't pass either thanks for your effort
