Still seeing hosting company's page

I can login to my WP Dashboard and make changes, but when I try to go to a live site or preview the page, I get my hosting company's page. Any ideas where I went wrong?

It may have to do with you setting up a menu? Do you have one in place? Also is your homepage a static page or not? Are all plugins and theme features up to date?
