You have a number of syntax errors on this line:

if '("language") = "C#";
  • you have a stray apostrophe (')
  • you have quotes around the variable name language
  • you closed the parentheses before the expression was complete
  • you have an assignment operator (=) instead of an equality test (==)
  • you have a stray semicolon after the expression

What you probably intended would look more like this:

if (language == "C#")
