Spacing out text

How can you spread out your text in html? Example:

I

am.

Obviously, I spread out the two words by several rows, but I don't know how to do this when using html.

Thanks very much!

For some reason, this got edited. So just pretend 'I' and 'am' are further down from each other. Thanks, again! :)
