On several videos, exclusively in this Usability series, the display will freeze while the sound keeps going. The sound does not stop when I pause it, and I have to skip to an earlier time in the video. Often there are further difficulties (i.e. after I skip back, it will not play). This is very frustrating.

2,424 PointsHave you attempted to reboot your computer? This sounds like a resource drain and not a website issue.
Also check to make sure you are not running any "high" level programs that could be pulling your system resources down.

11,110 PointsI have not tried that yet, but I will! I have had an Illustrator window open, as I am working on a project. Thank you!
p.s. Refreshing the page usually works, but once it kept on going during and past refreshing, and during the video starting over!
