There must be a bug, i’m Pretty sure i placed an ID on the footer, and adjusted margin-top 40px....

3,680 PointsMake sure you use " " these symbols and not `` this or any other. I think that will fix your problem. Use quotes next to the enter key.

to single quotes and it passed.

Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Student 9,582 PointsI was using my iPad with desktop view and it was giving me an error. After switching to my laptop, the code was fine. I thought I was going crazy because I know the code I entered was correct. Lol

54,971 PointsTom is right. You are using curly or fancy quotes (which I think are the default on a phone). You need to use straight quotes to pass the challenge.
