Some my template pages not loading

Hi Guys,

I have a small problem with one my template pages. When every I click on portfolio page on the website it says ’Page Not Found’ but when every I go to pages inside the WP Dashboard click on view portfolio the page show up now and already tried to deactivate all the plugins to see was a plugin problem it’s not.
