sheets link not opening up

link is not working, please advise

I found myself equally confused when I saw the instructor working with Sheet10 but my example spreadsheet didn't have such a sheet. However, when I opened a new, blank sheet, it seemed to look just like Sheet10. I think all you have to do is open a new sheet for this particular video.
