Hey! You have it right except for one typo. this line...

<a> <href="#top">Go back to the top of the page.</a>

needs to be changed to look like this...

<a href="#top">Go back to the top of the page.</a>

I can't remember what those symbols are called but the 'A' is apart of the href if that makes sense... its been a while since I've used html...
