set a break point of 660px and inside the break point set the h2 font size to 1.75em. keep getting bummer! error

you will have to elaborate. I've tried everything. The first h1 statement worked fine. the h2 statement was the exact same question just for 660px.

You need to add closing brackets to the last three statements respectively }

Erik is right. You need to close your first media query. It should look like this:

@media screen and (min-width: 480px) {
    body { 
        background: navy;
    }

    h1 {
        font-size: 2.5em;
    }
}

@media screen and (min-width: 660px) {
    h2 {
        font-size: 1.75em;
    }
}
