retrieving data from weather underground API: "state/city" in their code examples, "state_city" in instructor code.

it is working both ways. but How did the instructor knew it will work with the "_", it is not implicated or shown anywhere in their documentation. at least I didn't find. https://www.wunderground.com/weather/api/d/docs?MR=1
