Responsive Menu - flashing non responsive menu on page load (Genesis)

For Genesis themes on the StudioPress site with the Glam and Hello, Pro themes when I go on mobile or put my browser on a mobile size and go to the hamburger icon on the demo of the site and then I go to layouts menu
and then to any item like sidebar/content and choose that item then on page load the non mobile menu flashes by first and then it goes to hamburger icon.

I don't like this. It doesn't look good. Why does it do it? Is there a way to fix it ? Is it because when it loads the page it loads the non-responsive menu first and then switches? Other themes on the demo don't seem to do this like Digital Pro.

Thanks!
