"removeMe Question" - nothing works

I can't finish the course because nothing I do for this question works. I can't give a question number because the quiz keeps shuffling the order but it basically does this.

var removeMe = document.querySelector('.remove_me'); var parent = ?

and asks how to Traverse to the parent of removeMe. I've tried removeMe.parentNode; removeMe.parentElement; both of which should work according to the internet hive mind.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks. T

The quiz accepts removeMe.parentNode without a semicolon.
