Random.randit index problex

It gives me a Type Error saying that 'list' object is not callable.

item.py 
# EXAMPLE
# random_item("Treehouse")
# The randomly selected number is 4.
# The return value would be "h"

def random_item(iterable):
    return iterable(random.randint(0, len(iterable)-1))

Hello,

You are almost there. I found an easier way as I thought a bit longer about it: Take your code: replace one bracket pair with one square bracket pair and you are done with your code! Your mistake was using the wrong brackets:)

Here is the code:

import random

def random_item(iterable):
    return iterable[random.randint(0, len(iterable)-1)]
