Question about ColorComponent

At 3:17 of the video, Pasan wrote this on the playground,

ColorComponent.rgb(.....)

My question is, where is this stored? he is instantiating the enum and accessing it's members. I thought it should be like this no?

let redColor = ColorComponent.rgb(......)
