Python Dates and Times in Python (2014) Where on Earth do Timezones Make Sense? pytz Format

Pytz

I'm getting just the Bummer try again error. Can someone tell me where I've gone wrong?

pytzstring.py
import datetime
import pytz

fmt = '%m-%d %H:%M %Z%z'

starter = pytz.utc.localize(datetime.datetime(2015, 10, 21, 23, 29))

def to_timezone(newtz):
  return starter.astimezone(pytz.timezone(newtz))

You don't need a function and you don't need to change starter. Just create the new local version of starter using pytz.

You'll want to use pytz's timezone method and the localize method.
