PSD cut-up Tutorial

So I know Teamtreehouse is not going to be creating a video on this because it is out dated, bu I actually need to do this for work as it is part of the work flow in my new role. And the client is known to be a heckler for precision, meaning they want it pixel perfect.

Does anyone know of any good tutorials for doing cutups in Photoshop CS6?
