CSS How to Make a Website Styling Web Pages and Navigation Style the Portfolio

Problem with Portfolio. On second line just one picture

I write a code, and in mobile version of site get 2 pictures in first line, 1 picture in second(not 2) and 2 pictures in third line(not one.)

find a problem - text which goes with first picture for 2 line. But how to fix it, if I get that problem in future?
