Plugin search page not working.

My add new plugins page comes up with a page that simply says:

If you have a plugin in a .zip format, you may install it by uploading it here.

Then it gives me choose file button. This is only happening on my local host.

Can you access "http://ReplaceWithYourDomain/wp-admin/plugin-install.php" ?

cakypa3 Yes I can but it gives me the screen I was telling you about. It just says "If you have a plugin in a .zip format, you may install it by uploading it here." and gives me a choose file option. I'm not sure how to attach screenshots here.

I figured it out, and I feel super dumb. I had my desktop server in airplane mode.
