231,269 PointsI noticed that this course is in its own brand-new topic category. Though I haven't seen any more yet in the content roadmap, I would expect that creating a new category is strong evidence that more courses are on the way, and probably eventually enough of them to make up a whole new track.
UPDATE: Based on Ryan Carson's June 2019 blog post and the associated staffing changes, this topic is apparently no longer part of the new company focus.

41,120 PointsI enjoyed this overview and I agree that more content in this area would be good, but in the real world I don't think the ability to use scikit learn is of much use unless the user is also somewhat familiar with numpy/pandas. Datasets don't usually arrive nicely arranged for us like the iris data set. I would like to see Treehouse offer introductory courses in numpy/pandas before going further with machine learning. I feel the same way about the matplotlib and bokeh courses here - learning how to use these libraries without some prior knowledge of numpy/pandas is learning to run before you can walk, in my opinion.

9,366 Points100% agree! I have been waiting on an ML course for years, I had given up a long time ago and started learning from books. Hence why this was so easy, but would love some more advanced Scikit Learn and Tensorflow courses!

25,867 PointsI would love to see more Machine Learning courses come through the pipeline. I'll be doing the Python Basics course soon so I can better understand the code that was used in the course.

74 PointsSorry, but how did you understand ML without python basics?
Alexander Davison
65,469 PointsYou don't need to know Python to know ML. Other languages obviously support ML too
