Please help someone....Unity projects are no where to be found!!!

Hello, I was working on my Frogs and Logs video game, and I closed out of Unity for just a few minutes. No more than 3 minutes later, I opened up Unity again, and on the little Unity window start up screen, it said Create New Project, when usually it has my list off my already made active projects. I checked that I am signed in, but it still isn't working.

This sounds stupid but did you forget to save the scene?
