please help. i don't what i did wrong here. .my-class-name { }

It's asking you to add the class to the P tag, and I see you've done that. The next question asks you to put it in the style sheet, which is referencing main-pg, not the h1 element you've made. I'd suggest erasing said h1 element altogether and change your class name in the style sheet to main-pg instead of the one you have.
