Please help ! :( I don't think I understood the concept pretty well.

It says I am not adding the # symbol, but I can't tell what is wrong.

Hey Ruben,

You are so close with your code! The only problem you have is a semi-colon right after id.toUpperCase() when there shouldn't be one there, so if you remove that, the challenge will pass. Just remember that semi-colons only go on the very end of statements, regardless of whether you're calling functions or not. :)

Thank you so much ! It turns out that after I deleted the semi-colon, it said task 1 was not working, but after I pressed a couple of times on "Check Work" I finally passed. Thank you again.

Interesting bug with the Challenge, but I knew it would work because of the basic rules for semi-colons. I'm glad it worked! If you want to go ahead and mark my answer as best answer, we can mark this as resolved. :) Happy Coding!
