Hi,

 public void setShipType(String shipType) {
     ShipType = ShipType; 
  }

your variable is Uppercase try ...

 public void setShipType(String shipType) {
     this.shipType = shipType; 
  }

this should work ;)

thanks, i was also missing that "this." it worked
