If it's the latter, iit might help if you make a snapshot of your workspace and post the link to it here.

9,816 PointsI had the same issue with that website, if you click on the box to change the width and height it just reverts back to 1 constantly, i found with that website just click on the boxes until the existing numbers are highlighted in blue and type in your width and height to overwrite the bug. Hope this helps.
