PHP Arrays and Control Structures Part 3??

I am not understanding how to get it to output correctly. This is what I have written. I tried multiple ways i could think of but i cannot solve it. All the echoes are supposed to display the 'name' and 'email', but when i run this its only showing 'name' : 'email'
