All of my photos seem to be too big, what can I do to decrease the size? All of Nick's files seem to be a lot smaller and they work every time. My do not.

remember three rulse of RESPONSIVE WEB PAGE or FLUID LAYOUT ? in css, general part you should have this img { width: 100%;

}
