Page/Posts editor glitch?

So whenever I to edit a page or posts the menus get all jumbled up. does anyone know of this issue and how to fix it? the screenshot below was when I clicked the add media option on a page edit Heres a link to the screenshot: https://imgur.com/e46tVOM

This can happen for a number of reasons. One could be an error that is causing styles/js not to load correctly. Another could be SSL blocking none secure URLs from loading.

Without seeing more its hard to tell specifically what is causing it.
