As we can see at the end of each paraghraph we have paaragraph tags. What is the funcionallity of them as i changed the text and also deleted them ( paragraph tags ) and the changes was shown good. So the changes took place and deleting them didn't effect the text changing.

As you have mentioned, "at the end of paragraph" , I understood that you are asking about the closing p tag. In general every html element has a starting and ending tags (there are few exceptions like for img tag). Though you may not see differences keeping or not keeping end tag for paragraph, there are several reasons to keep the closing p tag in your html code :
- It helps to keep your code consistent.
- It is always a good reason to keep it to make sure that it works well with all browsers.
Some web designers / developers don't use </p>. One of the reason I know is to decrease a very minimal memory that the </p> closing tag uses.
