13,175 PointsHi Sudesh, the question is asking you to change the 'or' operators to the appropriate ones. In this case it would be the 'and' operator ('&&'). Try this code, it should work better :)
var money = 9;
var today = 'Friday';
if ( money >= 100 && today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("Time to go to the theater");
} else if ( money >= 50 && today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("Time for a movie and dinner");
} else if ( money > 10 && today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("Time for a movie");
} else if ( today === 'Friday' ) {
alert("It's Friday, but I don't have enough money to go out");
} else {
alert("This isn't Friday. I need to stay home.");
}

10,301 PointsYour code first validates the variable money in the if-statement.
money = 9 is less than 100 thus false, the rest isn't validated anymore because it has an OR operator, so it continues if the first statement is false.
It continues to the else-statement: alert("This isn't Friday. I need to stay home.");
