GoKart.java
class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_BARS = 8;
  private String color;
  private int barCount;
  private int lapsDriven;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    this.color = color;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return color;
  }
  public void charge() {
    barCount = MAX_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return barCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return MAX_BARS == barCount;
  }

  public void drive(int lapsRollin) {
    lapsDriven += lapsRollin;
    barCount -= lapsRollin;

Hi Bruno, the secound part of this challenge requires you to create a new drive() method in the GoKart class, then call the existing drive(int: lapsRollin) method from the newly created drive() method, providing it with the number 1 as an argument.

public void drive(int lapsRollin) {
  lapsDriven += lapsRollin;
  barCount -= lapsRollin;
}

public void drive() {
  drive(1);
}

it looks like you are calling the drive method inside the GoKart class, and without having actually instantiated a GoKart object. instead, in your main, create a GoKart object, then call the drive method on it.
