iOS Build a Simple iPhone App with Objective-C Getting Started With Xcode String Basics

NSString *bestSmartphone = @"iPhone";

Pretty easy one, not sure why it is refusing it.

I am creating the NSString as requested yet it says incorrect syntax. It is correct so not sure why it is refusing to accept it :)

NSString *bestSmartphone = @"iPhone";

Am I missing something :) ?

string_assignment.m
NSString *bestSmartphone = @"iPhone";

Hey there,

Yeah, it's strange, and nope, you're not missing anything. You're answer is correct and should pass. :confused:

I'm forwarding your post to the Treehouse Support Team for investigation.
