2,409 PointsApparently it didn't like having the code at the bottom, so i switched it to the top and all is well. I do have a question as to why it didn't work at the bottom though?

I've added my answer below. It is due to the missing closing select tag. As the select isn't closed the challenge thinks the button is in the wrong place.

You look to be missing the closing /select
tag.
Add that before the button and it should sort it, e.g.
</select>
<button type="submit">Place Order</button>
</form>
