Not getting timezone

I am trying to follow along with the video but I keep getting an error. "Module object has no attribute timezone" Here is my code:

import datetime

pacific = datetime.timezone(datetime.timedelta(hours=-8))

This is the same code being shown on the video but doesnt work for me, is this from an older version of python?

Currently Workspaces as an issue. python is pointing to python2 instead of python3. They are working on it and it should be fixed soon. As a temporary workaround, use python3.
