Not finding Easy SMPT

Hi I am searching for Easy SMPT as shown in the video from the plugins menu and clicking add new typing in Easy SMPT but the plugin is not coming up. Is there any alternative as off 19/10/2017

You can download the plugin directly from the official WordPress website and then upload it from your computer if you don't have an active connection to the internet or if you just can't connect to the plugin server.
