731 PointsI know, the directions are confusing! Under the video running, if I look down the middle of the page about 2 inches, there is a WorkSpaces tab. Click it! Use what pops up, save everything by going to File>Save, and then use the eyeball icon on the top far right of the workspace to view what you did.
Quick notes: IF you have index.html in the wrong place (like in a folder) then you will see directory when you view what you have done-you don't want that! Also, if a pop-up window isn't showing, it may be that you have a pop-up blocker on your browser where you need to change it's settings.

231,269 PointsThat just means that you have not created any yet. You can click on New +
to create an empty one, or as you take the courses there will be buttons to create pre-populated ones for coding along with the lesson.

414 PointsI'm having this same issue. I see no workspaces, no special buttons for it on any videos, or even a way to make a new/empty one. It's almost as if the feature doesn't even exist for me.

231,269 PointsAcross the top of every page on this site I see a menu bar with a few icons and the menu items Home, Library, Community, Resources, and Workspaces. Clicking on "Workspaces" takes you to a page where you can select any you have now or create a new one. You can also get there by clicking on the link Peter provided in his question above. If you don't see that, and you also don't see a "Launch Workspace" button on any video (but be aware that not every video has a workspace), then this is probably an issue for the Support staff,
Peter, you should also contact them if my previous response didn't solve the issue.
