What steps did you take when you moved your site to the live server?

Often time, I know people who change the WP/Site URL on their local site before they export the database rendering the local install useless unless the database is reconfigured.

Can you outline what steps you took to help pinpoint the issue?

I don't really remember because all this is new for me but yep i think you're right, i have modified the wp/site url on the local site.
