.NET Toolchain for visual studio 2017?

hey everyone,

I'm currently importing my game over to xbox from Unity, but in visual studio 2017, in the project properties, there's no button to check '.NET Toolchain'. Is this necessary with my version of Visual Studio, or was this option moved somewhere else?

Thanks
