Negative operator for boolean conditions?

Hi,

I reach a PHP question about asking two conditions with negative operators. I tried to create it using !=, <> and !== but still not solve this question. Is any mistake here?

Hi Use the isset function to check whether a username is set or not and != to check whether role is equal to admin or not.
