Inside the <footer> element, add the images facebook-wrap.png and twitter-wrap.png from inside the img folder. Be sure to include an appropriate alternate attribute for each. Don’t link them yet.

may be you forgot to add equal sign (= ) after alt attribute and .. sign before img/facebook-wrap.png. probably the first one

I'm not sure what it is you're asking, but there are a few things wrong with your code, more specifically, your img tags.

First mistake I noticed is that you're missing the equal sign between the alt attribute name and its value. So instead of alt"facebook", your code should be alt="facebook". Same thing applies for the Twitter img, where you're also missing the ending quotes for the src value.

The second mistake is that you're missing the closing angle bracket for both img tags. You need to add > to the end of each tag.

A proper img tag should look something like the following

<img src="img/facebook-wrap.png" alt="facebook">
