Part of this code is suspect:
<img class="logo.png" alt="circles logo" src="images/logo.png">
I don't know why you would ever use class="logo.png" in the HTML.. It would be class="logo png", if logo was one class and png was another, but I'd have to see the CSS code to really know what's not right.
In the css file, it would make sense to use this:
.logo.png {
color: lime;
width: 100%;
/* etc. */
}
if you had class="logo png" in the HTML.
I hope that makes sense and is helpful.
