My frog doesn't want to move and yet my code has no errors?

On the unity section there are no warnings or messages or errors. yet when i select the play button my from does the whole foot moving thing at the beginning but when i press the Up or down arrows or W or S. it does not move. here is my code:

using UnityEngine; using System.Collections;

public class PlayerMovement : MonoBehaviour {

private Animator playerAnimator;
private float moveHorizontal;
private float moveVertical;
private Vector3 movement;

// Use this for initialization
void Start () {

// Gather the Animator component from the Player GameObject playerAnimator = GetComponent<Animator>(); }

// Update is called once per frame
void Update () {
    // Gather input from the keyboard
    moveHorizontal = Input.GetAxisRaw("Horizontal");
    moveVertical = Input.GetAxisRaw("Verticle");
        movement = new Vector3(moveHorizontal, 0.0f, moveVertical);
}

void FixedUpdate () {
    // If the player's movement vector does not equal zero...
    if (movement != Vector3.zero) {
        // ... then play the jump animation.
                    playerAnimator.SetFloat("Speed" , 3f);
   } else {
        // ... don't play the jump script.
        playerAnimator.SetFloat("Speed" , 0f);
    }

}

}

Please help. I already sat through most of the course and to stop now will really not make me very happy.

Thanks Charlene
